Ingredients
- 8 oz water
- 2 tbsp of the Heroine blend
- Ice
- sweetener of choice (optional)

Heat 8 oz of water to a boil, or 210°F

Steep 2 tablespoons of the Heroine blend for 8-10 minutes

If desired, add sweetener of choice. Honey or lavender simple syrup recommended

Let cool down a little bit

Pour tea over ice

Optional: Garnish with rose petals and mint
