Magician Earl Grey Latte
Another tea latte! Who doesn't love the London Fog or Earl Grey Latte? Not everyone is into those spicy earthy chais, and this drink is rich but more citrus forward. Make sure to top with grated orange peel or a dried orange. Gorgeous darling! INSTRUCTIONS To make, steep 2 tablespoons of your favorite Earl Grey tea (like The Magician) with a 1/2 cup of boiled water and an optional dash of dried lavender. Then add warmed frothed milk or cream, plus a hint of vanilla extract and as much honey as pleases your palate. Cozy and delicious.
Soy Sage Umami Broth
This herbal tea broth is soooo good and simple. I crave this umami broth in these wintery months when I am feeling under the weather...or when I am not ;) We served this recently at a November Holiday market and it was a hit, especially those savory/salt heads. INSTRUCTIONS Brew your regular cup of the Sage tea blend with 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 cup of water. Steep for 8 minutes and strain. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce or miso.

I was amazed at how much of the tea imbued into the rice - and you notice it at the mid-point of each bite. INGREDIENTS 2 cups jasmine rice, washed 3 times and drained1 cup coconut milk3 tbsp The Creator tea...
