  • 1 tbsp of the Sage blend
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, tamari, or white miso

This herbal tea broth is soooo good and simple. We crave this umami broth in the wintery months when we are feeling under the weather. We served this at a Holiday market and it was a hit, especially those savory/salt heads.

  1. Brew your regular cup of the Sage blend with 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 cup of water
  2. Steep for 8 minutes and strain
  3. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce or miso
  4. Stir or incorporate
