Ally Brew Guide

Because this blend contains jasmine green tea, temperature and steep time are important. If your Ally brew comes out bitter, it has brewed either too hot or too long.

1. Heat 8 oz of water (1 cup) to 170-185°F. If you do not have a temperature read, get a kettle to a boil, turn off heat, and leave kettle top off for around 5 minutes

2. Cover and steep 1 tablespoon of the Ally tea blend in hot water for 3-5 minutes, no longer
