1. Heat 8 oz of water (1 cup) to 212 degrees or a boil.

2. Steep 1 heaping tablespoon of the Heroine blend in hot water for 8-10 minutes. Cover.

3. Add sweetener of choice.

4. Let cool down a little bit.
5. Fill the cup with ice.
6. Pour tea over ice. 
7. Optional: Garnish with rose petals and mint.
