1 full bag makes a gallon of tea

1. Heat a gallon of water in a pot on the stove until boil.

2. Lower heat to a simmer.

3. Add entire bag of Trickster blend right into the pot.

4. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred brew strength.

5. Add maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice.

6. Store tea in fridge for up to a week or two. Reheat as needed.

TIPS

You may cut the above recipe in half, using just a 1/2 gallon and 1/2 Trickster bag.

If you want a stronger brew, you may also grind the blend further in a coffee grinder.

If you like a caffeinated chai, add black tea to the last 5-8 minutes of your simmer. You can also add cream to the last 3 minutes of your simmer.
