How to Brew: Steep 1 tablespoon per cup of 212° water for 8-10 minutes.

Pairings: honey, fruit, lemon, crackers, sourdough, a sunny spring day 
Special Tips: Serve hot with honey or chilled on ice. You can also brew this blend in the sun for a day for a lovely solar infusion. Makes a delicious tea simple syrup to add to sparkling water, a cocktail, or mocktail.
