Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Heroine-infused gin
- 1/2 oz simple syrup/agave syrup
- 1.5 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 1 egg white
- dash of sparkling water
As much as we love a classic cup of steamy, freshly brewed tea, creativity is one of our key values here at Wild Coast Brew, so we're always seeking more innovative ways to experiment with our handcrafted blends. Lately, we've been obsessed with making cocktails using tea-infused spirits.
Here's a recent recipe we've concocted: the Heroine Gin Fizz. Refreshing, botanical, and citrusy, perfect for spring and summer.
- Make Ahead: To make the Heroine-infused gin, pour 6-8 oz of gin over 2-3 tablespoons of the Heroine blend. Shake jar. Let it infuse in the dark for at least 8 hours.
- Combine everything except the sparkling water in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake rapidly.
- Pour into a coupe or jar and top with a dash of sparkling and a lavender flower if you have it.
