Here’s a cocktail for the lover in us all, one that you’ll want to sip both on the patio in the height of summer and by the fire in the depth of winter.
This cocktail uses tequila that is infused with the Lover tea blend, thus concentrating that dominant hibiscus flavor and color directly into the tequila. The cocktail has a lovely herbal back-end too due to the infusion of herbs like raspberry leaf, mint, and rose from the Lover tea blend.
Makes 2 cocktails
4 oz Lover-infused Teaquila
2 1/2 oz lime juice (the juice of 2 1/2 limes)
1 1/2 oz agave syrup
1 egg white
splash of sparkling water
