- 1 cup water to 180 degrees F
(brew for 3 1/2 minutes) - 1 tbsp of simple syrup to tea concentrate
- Ice
- 1-2 oz of cold foam

- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
