Ingredients
- 3 oz gin
- 1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz fresh egg white
- 1 tsp ground turmeric (optional)
- 1 oz Sage tea simple syrup

- 2 tbsp of the Sage tea blend
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup sugar

We love cocktails here at the Wild Coast Brew, especially ones that utilize unique tea blends. This herbal-spicy cocktail recipe uses gin, lemon, The Sage tea-infused simple syrup, turmeric, and egg white. It's a beautiful deep yellow and so tasty.
- Combine all the ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Double strain
- Pour into coupe glass or unique jar
THE SAGE SYRUP
- Brew 2 tablespoons of the Sage tea blend in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes
- Strain tea
- Add 1 cup of sugar to hot tea and stir to dissolve
- If you would like it thicker, you can simmer for a few minutes in a pot
- Keeps in fridge for a week or more
